A non-ionic block copolymer type surfactant, exhibiting excellent solubility in both vegetable and ester-based lubricants, Hypermer B261 imparts excellent emulsion stabilising characteristics to oil-in-water emulsions, water-in-oil emulsions and to dispersions of alcohols-in-fuels.
